POWER OF BALANCE

H O W  T O  B U Y

We’re proud to announce that our product is now in the beta testing phase, and the excitement around it has been incredible. After months of development and refinement, we’re finally ready to share it with a select group of early users.

To facilitate this, we’ve partnered with IDRL, a secure and reliable platform that helps us manage early access efficiently. Through IDRL, you'll be able to experience the product firsthand and become part of a community that’s shaping what’s next.

This is a rare opportunity to be among the first to explore what we’ve built, offer valuable feedback, and join us at the beginning of something truly special.

The Equinox Frame has True-X Geometry along with a wide wheelbase of around 250mm. This allows equal effort on each axis which is crucial in freestyle flying while also making it easy to tune.
The wide wheelbase offers a natural P and D term to the quad which improves its error handling capabilities.

Paired with the “toilet tank” battery mounting style, your CG will be dead center every time you fly which will lead to consistency and better performance

Stuck with a component too big to fit in its place? With the Equinox Frame, it's never the end of the world. With M3 30x30 mounting in the middle and M2 20x20 and 25x25 in the rear, this frame can fit any flight controller, ESC and VTX meant for freestyle (yes, even the V1 HDzero freestyle VTX).

The ability to use any size standoffs makes it a great frame for beginners as well as experienced builders. (comes with 25mm standoffs).

As for camera mounting, the front standoffs are placed 26mm apart thus fitting any micro sized camera including the DJI O3 camera.

Everyone crashes, even the best of the best. The Equinox Frame has 5mm thick arms and 2mm thick plates. It has a short and stubby body which increases durability while keeping the weight relatively low. The electronics are fully enclosed within the frame and don't protrude. This protects your expensive electronics from physical damage as you crash and learn

Warranty

Brief

Meteor Dynamics offers its customers a 2 month full body warranty on its products (Equinox frame). Your warranty code will be provided to you via email after purchase. You can claim your warranty by filling this google form link
Due to the rise of clone frames on the market and excessive claims we have created below a comprehensive guide of what steps are required and what we need from you to quickly and efficiently approve your warranty claim.

Claim Requirements

1.)Picture of the still assembled quad showing damage - preferably at location and            right after crash
2.)A list of the parts included in the claim.
3.)Pictures of all the parts in the claim individually, having been removed from the          frame.
4.)Warranty code
5.)Screenshot of the payment
6.)DVR of crash flight (optional but would really appreciate it if you would do so)
7.)Blackbox-data (optional but would really appreciate it if you would do so)

Approval Process

All types of warranty claims will go to internal review. This is to restrict abuse of the warranty system.
Internal review will look in-depth at the parts requested. Claims will be rejected on the grounds of cosmetic wear and tear. Parts will only be approved that impact the structural integrity of the carbon or hardware, and would affect the flight characteristics.
Claims can only be made for one frame per warranty code. Claims for multiple frames under one code will be rejected.

Exemptions and exceptions

Due to the way that warranty claims are made, they will no longer be combined with existing orders, new orders or other warranty claims.
Removing structural pieces of the product and replacing them with 3D printed parts will result in claims being rejected. Use only 3D printed pieces which do not require removing structural parts of the frame.
Claims that are made for a cloned product will result in that code being blacklisted and no further claims will be approved.
